Sports - specifically tailored to sporting injuries or ailments. It is not meant to be a relaxing massage and, indeed, can become quite vigorous at times. Contrary to its name, sports massage is not only utilised by sportspeople but anyone involved with repetitive stress on joints and ligaments (musicians, waiters, etc.).
Swedish - increases circulation and relaxation. Incorporating flowing techniques it can be both light or deep in pressure depending on the client's request and can include trigger point and myofascial release.
Trigger Point - commonly referred to as a "knot" in the muscle, trigger points create localized tenderness and referred pain to more distant parts of the body.
Reflexology (Foot) - is a therapy based on the principle that the nerve endings in the feet provide a "map" of the organs and systems in rest of the body.
Reiki - is energy bodywork. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things.
Developed for treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery or after injury or cosmetic procedures. MLD also encourages a healthy immune system.
Myofascial - involves the application of gentle sustained pressure into the connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Oncology- is the modification of existing massage therapy techniques in order to safely work with complications of cancer and cancer treatment such as medications, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation; and adapt for these side effects.
Prenatal - focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
Sound Therapy for the Feet - A perfect add on to reflexology, a tuning fork is placed all over the soles of the feet, to tune the entire body and alleviate pain.
Cranial Sacral- a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.

Deep Tissue- deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
Hot Stone - basalt stones are heated to 120 degrees and used to deliver warm penetrating heat massage for the ultimate in relaxation.
Manual Lymph Drainage - a gentle massage intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
